Chris Clark, Co-founder & President
Chris is a certified coach and trainer with a degree in bio-mechanics and a broad athletic coaching experience ranging from 3 year olds to Sports Team Training to Collegiate and Professional Athletes. His background in athletics, coaching and professional sports development spans over two decades and earned him an outstanding reputation in athletics.
See more.Chris implements the LTAD Model (Long Term Athletic Development) into Tiger Athletics training philosophy and mission, fostering life-long athletic development from playground to podium. It is based on scientific research and the art of the coach, focusing on the eight skills of athleticism: agility, balance, coordination, strength, speed, stamina, power and flexibility. He utilizes his expertise and this unique methodology to create unparalleled training programs for his Tiger Athletics family of clients.
A three-time All American athlete, Chris has trained some of the best elite athletes in the field, and thoroughly enjoys training youth and inspiring them to be the best athletes they can be in their chosen sports.

Stacie Clark, Co-founder & CMO
An athlete all of her life, fashion guru and mother of two, Stacie traded in her position as Fashion Director to follow her passion for athletics, fitness and health full-time with her husband, Chris. Stacie is a certified athletic trainer with over 15 years experience in fitness and athletic development from youth to adult. She focuses on individual and group training encompassing all the fundamentals of athleticism: agility, balance, coordination, strength, speed, stamina, power and flexibility. See more.
Stacie's love for sports and athletic background began in high school as a three sport varsity athlete. She believes athletes must earn the right to call themselves athletic-minded individuals and parents that encourage and foster real life experiences.
Stacie has earned a solid reputation of knowing what it takes to work towards a goal and succeeding. It is about the journey. Also known for her stylish, fashion-forward approach, Stacie believes in and embodies performance, style and function in everything she does and wears.
Stacie continues to train and compete in adventure races, cross-fit challenges, as well as 5K, 10K, 1/2 marathons, urbanathlons, and she doesn't plan to stop there. To her, it's a lifestyle, not a job. Her work is her play and her play is her work.
Erika Svingen Winkels, Athletic Coach & Trainer
Erika has a strong athletic background in gymnastics, highly complimenting our functional training philosophy. An athlete too, Erika focuses on challenging, results-based training in both small and large group settings. Her strength is delivering functional, innovative trainings to encourage well-rounded athletic development.
Joe Winkels, Athletic Coach & Trainer
Joe's wrestling and athletic background brings a unique focus to every training. He enjoys leading the training of both youths and adults, just as much as he enjoys participating and setting the bar for the team. A litigator by day, Joe continues to train like an athlete and embraces challenge, competition, hard work and mental toughness. He believes one has to earn the right to play.
Jennifer Jesse, Athletic Coach
A certified Vinyasa yoga trainer, but more importantly Jen has been practicing yoga and the anatomy of the body for over 6 years. Using her athletic background and training philosophy, she credits a regular yoga practice for increasing her flexibility, mental stamina, and physical awareness to improve her athletic performance. Jen believes it's never too late to become fit and athletic and loves working with all-level athletes and watching their advancement.
Kiesha Neitzell, Athletic Coach
A life long resident of Minnesota, Kiesha has been an active athlete, pursuing her passion for sports from childhood. A veteran of track, basketball, and danceline through high school and college, she continues to further her athletic conquests to compete in triathlons, marathons, and even our very own TIGER Cross-Fit Adventure Camp in Akumal, Mexico. Her active lifestyle proves very helpful in keeping up with her three children, and enjoys teaching them the joy of competition and healthy life practices through coaching their soccer and basketball teams and junior triathlons. Kiesha's energy and excitement are contagious, and she expresses this through her position as an Athletic Coach for Tiger Athletics, Run Lead Coach for Lifetime Fitness and her modeling work for Under Armor and others. Her core and yoga practice enhances the high standard of athletic excellence that enables her frequent top finishes in endurance races, and she is very much looking forward to the near future when her schedule allows her to compete in her first Ironman race.
Ashley Brooks, Athletic Coach & Trainer
A certified athletic trainer, Ashley's passion for health and fitness began at the young age of four, where she became active in a career of competitive dance. Her love for athletics continued to grow in her late teens by incorporating long distance running, completing several half and full marathons. Ashley also danced professionally for the Minnesota Timberwolves dance team, where she trained daily and developed strong functional training skills. Ashley's experience and love for movement motivates her to teach Tiger Athletes of all levels and help them reach their goals to maintain a fit and healthy lifestyle.
Kelly Handegard, Athletic Coach
An athlete herself and a degree in Kinesiology from Iowa State University, Kelly brings knowledge and excitement to youth and adult training. An avid soccer player and tri-athlete, her interests lie in developing individuals of all ages and helping them achieve their athletic goals. Kelly completed a 16-week internship as a coach focusing on speed, strength and agility for youth programs. Kelly says, "I love training because there are so many different aspects to incorporate, which helps make it challenging and fun! The human body is amazing. It wants to be challenged, stretched and pushed to its limits....what are you doing about it?"
Spencer Bata, Athletic Coach
An athlete all of his life, from childhood to present, Spencer has been active and involved in sports year round. A three-time varsity sport athlete, Spencer specifically excelled in football, basketball and track & field – culminating with a state championship in basketball his senior year. Currently a student at St. John's University, Spencer is studying education and has a passion for working with children. His high-energy personality serves as a wonderful tool to motivate and coach athletes of all ages. Spencer works by a simple yet powerful philosophy of "work hard, play hard" and encourages each athlete to become the best version of themself.
