"I am a person who exercises 5-6 days a week. I do classes at the gym (Total Conditioning, Kickboxing, Strength classes), run on my own and do the stairmaster. I thought I was pretty fit until I signed up for Tiger Athletics. Tiger pushed me to a whole new level of fitness. It was extremely challenging for me even though I was in decent shape. I dreaded going to the boot camps, but felt SO good afterward that it kept me going. When my 5-week session was over, I stopped doing the boot camps for a couple weeks. It didn't take long though for me to see a change in my body, even though I was still doing other forms of exercise. Tiger is just different! Tiger helped me become a leaner, stronger person physically. It's the toughest workout I've done and got me into the best shape."
