TRAINING > What We Do
TIGER ATHLETICS offers safe and FUN athletic training programs for both youth and adults. One is never too young or too old to be an athlete and train like one. Everyone is an athlete inside, we find it. We start coaching kids at 3 years old, making Tiger Athletics an athlete development model from playground to podium. We offer an integrated solution for introducing the F-U-N-damentals to aspiring competitive young athletes and adults. Our training program applies a multi-lateral approach to effectively prepare athletes competing in a broad range of individual and team sports, as well as teaching real-life skills.
GROUP-BASED TRAINING - YOUTH TO ADULT
Our athletic development programs we offer are for everyone regardless of age, gender, skill level, or athletic/fitness goals. Group Based Training is the most cost effective structure to receive the highest level of training in a FUN, competitive environment. Group Based Training is a broad category for us, such classes include but not limited to: Family Athletic Fitness, Athletic H2O Training, Athletic Core Conditioning, Athletic Intervals, SAQ Training, Summer Training Camp.

TEAM TRAINING - YOUTH
Success on the playing field, on the court, or on the ice requires more than technical sport training. Success also relies on the team being strong, fast, and healthy. Our Team Training program is designed to build each players’ athletic foundation by improving relative body strength, improving power needed for explosive speed and changing direction, and developing critical body positioning and awareness to reduce the potential for injuries. We currently offer weekly SAQ (Speed Agility Quickness) Training Sessions.

INDIVIDUAL TRAINING - YOUTH TO ADULT
For those that prefer a one-on-one coaching relationship or whose schedules are very unpredictable, the individual or personal coaching option is designed for you. Individual Training is customized to meet specific goals. Sessions are typically 60 minutes but can be tailored to the individual’s requirements.

TRAINING CAMPS - YOUTH TO ADULT
Seasonal Training Camps are designed for the young and novice to the experienced and developed athlete, ages 3 years old to adult. Everyone is an athlete inside. We offer various training programs throughout the year focusing on the eight skills of athleticism: AGILITY, BALANCE, COORDINATION, STRENGTH, SPEED, STAMINA, POWER and FLEXIBILITY. We divide the athletes in groups by age and by skill, adults train separately.

SCHOOL PROGRAM AFFILIATIONS - TODDLER TO GRADE 5
We come to you! For those parents and young athletes who don’t have a lot of flexibility in their schedule, we are affiliated with top-rated schools in the local area so you can take advantage of our training program year-round.
